This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities




- Ensure seamless execution of pre-joining and onboarding activities, including accurate creation of current hire profiles in HR systems, timely completion of all onboarding steps as per defined timelines, document collection, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Drive smooth onboarding experience including new employee orientation planning, orientation sessions, and system/access enablement.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure readiness for new hires (workspace, IT setup, documentation).
- Review onboarding checklist and ensure 100% compliance with accurate and adequate documentation requirements.
- Track and improve onboarding experience through feedback mechanisms.
- Oversee structured exit management process including resignation tracking, exit interviews, and knowledge transfer.
