Job Summary
The Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting
operations, statutory compliances, and ensuring accurate financial records. The role mandatorily requireshands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for accounting, reporting, and process controls.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Accounting & Book Closure




Maintain books of accounts including GL, AP and fixed assets in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business
Central
Check supporting, Purchase order, GRN, POD, Agreement & Approval while booking the Invoice
Track of Advance payments to get invoices timely
Track of Provision to get invoices timely
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures
Vendor reconciliation on a monthly/quarterly basis

2) Import Finance & Compliance (Essential)
Possess strong knowledge of the end-to-end import process, including purchase orders, shipment
documentation, customs clearance, and accounting treatment.
Review and verify import documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway
Bill, Bill of Entry, Insurance Certificate, and Certificate of Origin.
Thorough understanding of recording of import purchases, customs duty, IGST, freight, insurance,
and other landed costs in ERP application along with loading of
