IS Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will work with product and platform teams across the organization to facilitate and improve processes, coach on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to improve delivery of value. The IS Organizational Effectiveness Mgr interacts with the organization’s Product Teams, Platform Teams, Portfolio Management and Communities of Practice to continuously improve standards, processes, and automation enablers that accelerate staff and team SAFe maturity and overall business agility.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (Secure) across the organization. Assess current states of Agile maturity, identify areas for improvement, and guide the organization in aligning with SAFe principles and practices.
