About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Value & Access Insights to join Amgen’s Value & Access analytics team.
In this role, you will support analytics related to payer access, reimbursement, managed care, IDNs, customer segmentation, and commercial performance across therapy areas such as Retail, Specialty, Oncology, and Rare Disease.
You will work closely with global stakeholders to convert business questions into analytical solutions, dashboards, data models, and actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in data, enjoys solving business problems, and is willing to adopt modern analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver dashboards, reports,



and analytical outputs using pharmaceutical and commercial data sources.
- Analyze datasets such as claims data, prescription data, formulary data, payer data, DDD data, rebate data, specialty pharmacy data, and IDN affiliation data.
- Use SQL to query, transform, validate, and integrate large datasets.
- Use Python for data preparation, automation, exploratory analysis, and quality checks.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.
- Build data models, KPI frameworks, business rules, and reporting logic to support scalable analytics.
- Conduct managed markets analytics, including formulary position, utilization management, payer restrictions, customer segmentation, and access performance.
- Partner with global stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify business questions, and present insights clearly.
