The Role

As the People Process Manager,



you will play a central role in shaping CEL's organizational culture and ensuring operational efficiency aligned with global best practices. You will strengthen recruitment, compliance, performance management, and staff well-being, designing processes that are people-centred, transparent, and responsive to the needs of a dynamic, mission-driven environment. You will partner with CELâs leadership, scientific, and field teams to build sustainable HR frameworks and drive institutional excellence at every level.

Your work will include:

⢠Work closely with the Director of Administrative Systems to refine recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and support world-class talent.

⢠Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, certification, and institutional HR standards in line with CELâs governance policies.
