Why this role matters?
As a Data Manager, you will support ERM's global consulting delivery by managing environmental quality data throughout its lifecycle within the EarthSoft EQuIS suite.
You will work with technical consultants, laboratories, and project teams to ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant datasets that support environmental assessments and reporting. This role is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making, maintaining data integrity, and delivering high-quality outcomes for ERM's clients.
What your impact is?
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and traceability of environmental data by managing the full data lifecycle from acquisition and validation through storage, reporting, and archiving.
- Deliver reliable and compliant datasets by applying rigorous QA/QC processes and adhering to regulatory, client, and ERM data management standards.
- Enable productive project delivery by collaborating with laboratories, field teams, and technical consultants to coordinate data collection, processing, and issue resolution.
