Your Role: ServiceNow Software Developer
We are seeking a ITOM Observability Senior Engineer to serve as the technical authority for our ServiceNow ITOM suite within the TechOps organization. This role is responsible for the technical design,
implementation, and optimization of our observability and event management ecosystem, while providing broader technical ownership of the ITOM platform to ensure high environment visibility and proactive service health.
