We are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract) to support our Ostomy Care and Advanced Wound Care business during a key phase of growth and innovation.

Essential Duties
- Provides a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Marketing Department.
- Coordinates customer meetings including advisory boards, focus groups, speaker events, education sessions.
- Coordinate and assist Head of Marketing for marketing activities in internal events like National Sales Meetings/Quarterly Sales meeting/Ostomy Days/LeadCon/Ostomy Insights/Ostomy Crucible and Onboarding programs
- Responsible for maintaining the inventory of marketing materials.
- Ensures timely dispatch of samples and marketing material as planned or needed.
- Translates global documents to local language.
- Maintain the database of marketing events such ISP/CME/Conferences etc, in terms of number of events and cost.




- Ensures sanity check of all invoices received from sales team against execution of marketing activities and seek timely approval from Head of Marketing for further processing to accounts department.
- Various projects as assigned to support the Marketing teams.
- Work closely with Marketing Manager-OC, Product Manager-WTR, Digital Marketing Manager for general administration tasks on a regular basis including coordination vendors.
- Ensures compliance with Coloplast code of conduct at all times.
- Develops and maintains productive cross-functional relationships to share knowledge and leverage synergies within the organization.
