We are seeking a sharp, driven, detail-oriented, and experienced legal professional to join our legal team. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing government contracts, combined with a robust grasp of procurement frameworks across major jurisdictions.



Familiarity with contracting practices in space industry is an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable prior experience managing government bids and defence procurement engagements, particularly within India, and will be capable of independently leading complex public procurement transactions.
This role will serve as the primary legal partner to the Government Sales function and will play a strategic role in enabling compliant and commercially competitive growth in public-sector markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end legal lifecycle of government contracting in India including bid strategy review, tender analysis, contract negotiation, execution, and post-award compliance management including development of internal approval frameworks and contract review workflows specific to government engagements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with Central and State government entities, PSUs and defence
