Core: · Demonstrate strong understanding of end-to-end A&H; Product & core focus on health insurance lifecycle: § Product design & pricing fundamentals, Underwriting & onboarding journeys, Policy issuance & servicing, Claims lifecycle & TAT management · Continuously optimize customer journeys and digital processes to improve conversion & experience § Ideate new proposition to drive growth in business compared to competition on the partner platforms § Prospect Funnel improvement by regularly analysing the data including platform analysis, price benchmarking etc. § Understand how tech works & processes related to the same work · Work closely with Product, Underwriting, Claims, Compliance, Tech, and Operations teams

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
· Full-time MBA / Engineer from a institute
· Background – General Insurance, Health Insurance, Non-life Insurance, Insurtech, Channel Partner
management.
· 8–12+ years of experience in health insurance / insurtech / digital partnerships
