We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to support and enhance our applications' reliability, scalability, and performance. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring, troubleshooting issues,



and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless software delivery

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring application issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.
- Support upgrades, patches, and deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless software functionality.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in application support & troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with JAVA, Angular & MySQL database
- Hands on experience
