Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Site Operations Specialist to support our Bangalore office and local employees.

This role is a critical operational partner for the local team and acts as the bridge between employees, vendors, local leadership, and global HR and Operations teams.

The position combines office operations,



employee support, HR coordination, vendor management, onboarding support, workplace experience, and general site administration.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and thrives in a fast-moving international team workplace. This role reports to the Chief People Officer, joining Global Operations and HR teams, while closely partnering with the local Bangalore leadership team to support employees and office operations.

Location:
- Bangalore, India (Hybrid; 3-4 days in office/wk)

What You’ll Do:

Office & Workplace Operations
- Manage day-to-day office operations for the Bangalore location
- Coordinate with building management, office vendors, suppliers, and service providers
