About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for executing large-scale recruitment initiatives, managing high-volume candidate pipelines,



and ensuring the timely placement of qualified candidates in various roles across the organization. This role is critical in supporting our rapid growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for various roles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, qualified networks, and campus recruitment, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with the team, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline for future hiring needs.
