Key Job Responsibilities -
- You will counsel the business on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters, including negotiating with regional and commercial banks.
- Facilitating local and cross-border payments and funds transfers, and complying with anti-money laundering and other payments related laws and regulations. You will work directly with the business in structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions; provide day-to-day advice; resolve issues that arise in existing commercial relationships; and handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
- Manage Merchant agreeements and Litigation if any.
- Manage employee or company related policies, processes and offer letters from a legal perspective.
- Developing and implementing legal procedures and policies to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws.
