Role Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for both residential and commercial real estate projects. Working closely with the promoters, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing relationships with prospective buyers, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be to implement effective sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. You will also collaborate with the marketing and project teams to maximize visibility and interest in the company’s properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue current sales opportunities for residential and commercial properties, including lead generation and prospecting.
- Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions aligned with available properties.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers, clearly articulating the benefits and features of the properties.




- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and assist in closing deals, ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to purchase.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns and materials that drive property visibility and attract buyers.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, providing regular sales reports to management.
