About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Customer Marketing & Data Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines the strategic responsibilities of customer marketing with the technical rigor of data analysis. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, and growth through data-driven insights and targeted marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights:




- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various platforms (CRM, website, campaign tools, etc.).
- Identify trends, patterns, and customer behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau and equivalent.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to provide data insights for business decisions.
- Segment customers based on lifecycle stage, usage, and behavior for personalized marketing.

Customer Marketing:

Plan, execute, and optimize customer marketing campaigns (email, onboarding, loyalty, cross-sell, upsell).
- Manage CRM tools and customer journeys to ensure timely and relevant communication.
- Track and report on customer engagement metrics, campaign ROI, and retention performance.
- Foster customer advocacy through reviews, referrals, and success stories.
