Accounting Job Description:
- Assist with month end close accounting/journal entries
- Compensation accruals, intercompany allocations, eliminations
- Ensure accounting/coding is aligned with budgeted dimensions and SOPs
- Maintain accounting for EBITDA adjustments and strategic initiatives
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and address discrepancies
- Support with current process or system implementations if applicable
- Assist with historical data clean up, application of new processes as business processes evolves
- Assist with annual audit requests and other compliance items
- Work closely with FP&A; and data analytics departments
- Ad hoc activities as requested
FP&A; Job Description:
- Assist with preparing monthly financial reporting packages
- Prepare reporting packages for consolidated, practice line, department level views
- Prepare reporting of EBITDA adjusted views and strategic initiatives
- Perform variance analysis vs. budget and prior periods and document commentary
- Prepare bridge reporting and document drivers of change compared to prior periods
- Assist with quarterly bonus payout processes
- Assist with budgeting and reforecasting processes in Workday Adaptive Planning
- Monitor existing BI dashboards and assist with future enhancements/developments
- Work closely with accounting & data analytics departments
