As a HR Advisor at ICON, you will provide critical support across HR functions, offering guidance and expertise to employees and managers on a range of HR matters.
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering human resources work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and managers on topics such as employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams on projects related to employee engagement, retention,
and talent development.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant human resources experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Min 2+ years of proven experience in an HR US Employee Benefits role, like experience in Medical/ Health Insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and empathetic support to employees.
- Positive organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
