We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Integration Specialist to join our Skilled Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining platform-to-platform integrations. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to design, build, and support API-based integrations that connect EventMobi products with third-party systems (such as CRMs, registration platforms, and marketing tools).
WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON:
- Work with the Integration Services team to implement data and workflow integrations.
- Translate customer requirements into reliable and scalable integration solutions that meet their needs.
- Build, configure, and test automated workflows between platforms via APIs.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and project delivery teams to scope and plan integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance,
reliability, and data accuracy.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for integrations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration service offerings.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON) and understanding how platforms exchange data.
- Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems.
- Experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist in integration development and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or similar (experience with Albato is a strong asset).
- Technical background: comfortable reading API documentation, building data mappings, and using automation tools.
