Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Senior Project Engineer /Asst. Project Manager for one of our reputed builder clients in Borivali (W), Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute construction of civil works, infrastructure and services at project sites.
- Reports to Project Manager.
- Flair for execution, expediting through careful construction planning, coordination and site control.
- Quality and safety conscious and systems oriented.
- Proactive with contractors and for timely inputs of engineering, material, machinery, equipment and labour.
- Leads team of engineers and supervisors.
- Advises contractors and staff on all technical matters.
- Aware of local construction regulations.

Candidates profile:
- Degree or diploma in civil engineering from a recognized university with more than 10 years of work experience at sites in residential or commercial real estate high-rise projects in Mumbai.
- Positive communication skills, both written and verbal.
