- Track collection and understand the Collection target setting business wise for daily updation to management
- Understand Ratio analysis on the P&L; and track the same for improvement and deterioration
- Support Business with Commercial and pricing analysis for RFP’s coming under the various Business units
- Prepare PPT for management on Financials analysis periodically to articulate and present in a manner as demanded by the management
- Track OCF analysis monthly and Quarterly along with the collection tracker to update Mangers
- Support Business with various Cost increase analysis on demand ( Wage, Incentive, Infra)
- Track productivity metrics across Business depending on the type of Business
- Update and analyse Delivery/Operation improvement and deterioration report periodically
