Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Product Management certification is a plus).
- 2 to 5 years years of product management experience working with and leading cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (CSPO, AIPMM, Pragmatic,



Scrum Product Owner) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Define, build, and communicate the product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Work closely with developers and QA to ensure features meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Provide clear functional and technical acceptance criteria, sign-offs, and documentation to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and product specifications for engineering teams.
- Lead product planning, sprint prioritization, and backlog management aligned with business goals.
- Act as a Product Owner, ensuring continuous delivery by maintaining a healthy backlog, monitoring development progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely releases
