Mandatory Requirement:
4- 6 years of Experience in Claims
The person should be from the insurance industry
Solid knowledge of Property and Banker’s Indemnity claims.
About the client:
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle and support Property, Engineering & Banker’s Indemnity portfolio across multiple locations,
ensuring service continuity, compliance, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Handling Banker’s Indemnity, Fire, and Engineering claims
Coordination with HO and regional teams
Monitoring claim progress and managing escalations
Ensuring adherence to agreed TATs
Portfolio MIS and reporting support
Key Performance Indicator
Bank portfolio TAT adherence
Escalation resolution turnaround time
Accuracy of claim handling and documentation
Coordination effectiveness across locations
Portfolio performance reporting quality
Qualification and Experience:
Educational Background: A bachelor degree in business, insurance, finance, or a related
field is preferred. MBA will be an added advantage.
Certifications: Relevant certifications from III
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using claims management systems, CRM software, and
Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
