As a Global Quality Non-Volatile Memory Quality and Reliability Assurance (GQ-NVMQRA) Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will manage a staff of engineers and technicians to maintain quality and reliability of solid state drives (SSD) products. Working with a team of other managers, planners and technical experts, you will oversee area workflow and priorities, determine equipment needs, manage budgets, and ensure overall area performance to plan is achieved. You will also interact regularly with teams from other product Quality engineering teams (DRAM and NAND) to ensure continuous product quality support on Site. You will also collaborate with sites or departments to maintain alignment, improve area efficiencies and foster working relationships.





You'll required to perform managerial reviews and sign-offs while providing technical support and expertise. In addition, you will manage the overall performance and development of the team where you will be expected to provide regular performance feedback to team members, establish goals and development plans, and provide opportunities to expand skills and promote growth opportunities.

Define reliability flows and qualification criteria
