The opportunity:
In this role you will design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects, cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

- You will understand and design of Electrical Power Systems and controls Preferably knowledge on IEC/IEEE standards.
- To successfully take on this position, you need to be thorough and structured with a high technical interest and strive for good solutions within the set time limits. You will be involved in projects, tenders, base work.
- To grow with each task, enabling yourself to develop and take more and more responsibility. HVDC is a complex product, there is always more to learn.




- You will model and study the stability of HVDC system through simulations in PSCAD/EMTDC, PSSE, Power factory and design the controllers.
- You will handle the interface with other interfacing departments. Ensuring you understand their needs, and they yours, and to work for a positive corporation for best end results together.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- You should have B.E. EEE (> 5 years experience)/ Master of Engineering - Power System (3 to 18 years experience)/ PhD - Power System (1 to 5 years experience).
- Extensive knowledge of Power Systems studies and modelling of electrical network /HVDC/FACT.
- Preferably Understanding application of Po
