- Job Summary

Leads the vision, strategy, and execution for the Delivery & Change and Policy, Security & Compliance capability domains within Equinix Engineering Excellence (E3). Owns the product portfolio and long-term roadmap for the systems, workflows, guardrails, and automation capabilities that govern how software is built, validated, secured, approved, released, and audited across the enterprise.





This leader is responsible for transforming fragmented DevSecOps, governance, compliance, and release management processes into a unified, AI-native developer experience that accelerates delivery while improving security posture, operational control, and auditability.

The role drives the strategy for standardized CI/CD experiences, policy-as-code, deployment governance, security automation, change intelligence, release orchestration, software supply chain integrity, and compliance telemetry across hybrid engineering environments.

Acts as the single-threaded product owner for the combined capability domain strategy, executive inspection narrative, investment priorities, adoption outcomes, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, security, compliance, infrastructure, operations, and risk organizations.
