What Your Impact Is:
- Lead the development and evolution of ERM's global corporate strategy capability.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support Executive Committee and Board decision-making.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, competitive threats, and investment priorities.
- Drive data-led analysis to improve business performance, profitability, and enterprise value.
- Establish robust strategy frameworks, governance processes, and reporting methodologies.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders across regions, industries, services, finance, and corporate development functions.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable strategic recommendations and measurable outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- Required
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, corporate finance, or business transformation roles.
- Strong background within leading global consulting and/or large multinational organizations.
- Proven experience developing corporate strategies, conducting market assessments, portfolio reviews, and evaluating growth opportunities.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in capital allocation, investment analysis, and value creation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success influencing C-suite stakeholders and supporting executive-level decision-making.
- Experience leading high-performing teams within complex, matrixed, global environments.
