Position Summary:
Bloom Energy is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to Sr. Manager, Revenue Accounting, this individual contributor role is pivotal in driving the accuracy and integrity of our global revenue operations. Based onsite at our Bangalore office, the Revenue Manager will serve as a subject matter expert, fostering high level collaboration with our cross-functional teams to manage complex revenue streams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing revenue related accounting tasks, preparing complex reconciliations and supporting the month end close process for product, installation and service revenue streams. This role is ideal for a seasoned qualified with deep expertise in ASC 606 who thrives on interpreting complex datasets to provide strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely recognition of product, installation, and service revenues in accordance with ASC 606 and Company policy.




- Review and analyze customer contracts, identifying key terms that impact revenue recognition and ensuring appropriate accounting treatment.
- Review contracts to support deal negotiations and prepare and review contract checklists to provide revenue recognition guidance and ensure accuracy
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end revenue close activities including high level journal entries, complex account reconciliations, and detailed variance analytics.
- Develop technical accounting position papers and schedules for external auditors, serve as primary contact for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
- Oversee and execute key controls to support SOX compliance and maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
