We are excited to welcome a talented professional to our Marketing|Brand & Growth Marketing|Customer Relationship Management team. As a Retention Marketing expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our CRM strategies and enhancing customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing innovative campaigns to boost customer engagement, loyalty, and frequency. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and analytics teams to align efforts, optimize campaigns, and deliver a seamless and personalized customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to retain and engage customers, focusing on increasing customer frequency and loyalty.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for targeted marketing.
- Optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, push notifications, emails, and meta & Google platforms.
- Manage and analyze customer segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure effective and personalized communication.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to align CRM efforts with brand objectives and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM, retention marketing, and growth strategies.
- Work closely with the analytics team to measure campaign performance, track customer behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Manage and optimize discount strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure a positive and consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints, maintaining a high level of customer engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
