Job Description – Senior Test Engineer

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer with solid expertise in Banking applications and end-to-end software testing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Loan Applications and Loan Origination Systems (LOS), with a good understanding of lending workflows, functional testing, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and functional requirements to understand application behavior.
- Prepare comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Execute Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
- Validate business workflows across Loan Applications and Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
- Identify, log, track,



and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and review meetings.
- Perform impact analysis for application enhancements and production fixes.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to resolve issues.
- Ensure complete test coverage and maintain requirement traceability.
- Support UAT, production validation, and release activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly testing status reports.
