Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and impact-driven Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-learner, quick to understand products, and capable of building scalable solutions while leveraging modern tools including AI-assisted development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
- Design and manage databases using MySQL
- Understand product requirements quickly and translate them into technical solutions
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Perform feature-level testing and basic unit testing (e.g., Karma or similar tools)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
- Work with basic AWS services for deployment and maintenance
- Contribute to backend tasks involving basic PHP where required
- Use AI tools (like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve development speed and quality
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Required Skills
- Strong experience in:
- React.js
- Node.js & Express.js
- MySQL
- Basic understanding of:
- AWS (EC2, S3, etc.)
- PHP
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Karma or similar)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Logistics or Supply Chain projects
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Understanding of performance optimization and scalability
