Job Summary: In partnership with our Lead Quality Manager in the US, the person will provide quality assurance leadership and functional support as needed to fulfill program contractual requirements across multiple programs and products as relevant, as well as ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Management System.
Partners to ensure consistency of processes are relayed and adhered too in India to include implementing quality planning across multiple programs to satisfy contractual requirements, directly interfacing with key interested parties such as customers, sub-contractors, internal management, development programs/ functions, and manufacturing, regarding quality performance and improvement. This position typically works under limited supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.
