Key Responsibilities :

* Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with customers, internal
stakeholders, and the vendor community
* Lead and facilitate committees on behalf of customers, ensuring alignment
with business objectives
* Act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing vendors,
addressing inquiries and concerns
* Engage with vendors to discuss product offerings, pricing structures, and
terms, and present insights to customer procurement teams
* Analyze trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness in sales and resource
allocation to drive performance improvements
* Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, actual sales results, budget
variances, and quarterly business presentations
* Support the sales team by managing contract terms, assisting with brand
transitions, and tracking savings initiatives
* Deliver presentations on project updates, business performance, and
committee outcomes
* Review pricing outside established parameters and assess current pricing rules
for their potential impact




* Analyze third-party industry pricing data and evaluate its implications for
the business
* Resolve issues related to inventory surplus, backorders, outstanding
invoices, and associated matters
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication of
resolutions
* Conduct regular meetings with supply chain, materials services, and sales
teams to align on objectives
* Work closely with Sales, IS, and Finance to develop, create, and maintain
accurate reporting requirements
* Ensure that systems provide reliable and timely data to support
decision-making
