Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Intern role based in Delhi, India. Legal Interns will assist with legal research on diverse matters, analyze statutes and case law, and prepare summaries to support client advisory work. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, organizing case files, and supporting senior legal professionals in preparing for client meetings, negotiations, and hearings. Interns will help identify and assess legal issues, maintain accurate documentation,



and ensure timely completion of assigned work. The role also involves clear, professional communication with team members and contributing to a collaborative, ethical, and result-oriented work environment.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including reviewing, and organizing petitions, and other legal documents.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present legal findings clearly and collaborate with colleagues and clients.
Ability to identify and analyze Legal Issues, conduct thorough legal research, and provide structured, well-reasoned inputs.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree from a recognized institution.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Commitment to skilled ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining high standards of integrity.
