About the Role
We are looking for a rapid, creative, and performance-minded Video Editor - AI UGC to create scroll-stopping short-form videos for paid ads and organic social. The ideal candidate understands UGC-style content, hooks, pacing, captions, AI-generated assets, AI voiceovers, product storytelling, and direct-response editing.
You will turn scripts, raw footage, AI avatars, AI voiceovers, product clips, testimonials, and stock footage into high-performing videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities
Create short-form UGC-style video ads using raw footage, AI-generated content, voiceovers, captions, product shots, and motion graphics.
Edit videos with strong hooks, fast pacing, clear storytelling, pattern interrupts, subtitles, b-roll, CTA screens, and platform-native formatting.
Use AI tools to speed up production, such as AI voiceovers, AI avatars, auto-captions, background cleanup, silence removal, image/video generation, script-to-video tools, and asset enhancement.




Produce multiple creative variations from one concept, including different hooks, CTAs, captions, aspect ratios, and lengths.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand product benefits, customer pain points, ad angles, and performance feedback.
Optimize videos for paid social performance, especially thumb-stopping openings, clear product value, authentic UGC feel, and direct-response structure.
Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, exports, and revision workflows.
Stay updated on current UGC, TikTok/Reels, AI video, and direct-response ad trends.
Requirements
Proven experience editing UGC-style videos, short-form ads, TikToks, Reels, Shorts, or performance marketing creatives.
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, subtitles, visual hierarchy, storytelling, and conversion-focused editing.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Descript, Canva, Runway, H
