About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our recruitment delivery efforts and driving business development initiatives across North America. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sourcing talent, researching market trends, and fostering client relationships.



This position offers a unique prospect to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, contributing directly to the growth and success of MediFlex Talent Solutions. Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and supporting outbound sales campaigns to expand our client base.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, lead generation, or sales support. Strong proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, internet research, and familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms such as Salesforce is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively engage with candidates and clients. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
