About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud L2 Support Engineer to join our team on a freelance or contract basis. This role is pivotal in maintaining the stability and performance of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud applications, ensuring that our eCommerce platforms operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in SFCC production support, incident management, troubleshooting,
and application monitoring. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including L3 developers, business stakeholders, and support personnel, to resolve complex issues swiftly and effectively. Additionally, you will support and learn Vercel PWA support activities, contributing to the overall robustness of our commerce solutions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a robust background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud with proven experience in L2 production support. Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is essential. Candidates should possess solid debugging and troubleshooting skills, along with experience in creating and tracking Jira tickets for issue resolution. Basic understanding of PWA architecture, along with exposure to monitoring tools like Splunk, is preferred. A proactive mindset, excellent communication skill
