We are a leading digital marketing agency seeking a Media Buyer to join our energetic team. This fully remote, full-time position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on paid media experience who wants to grow their skills and work on eCommerce and performance marketing campaigns.
The role requires someone who can launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other platforms. Meta Ads will be the main platform. The experience on other ad platforms is a plus. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, coachable, and willing to take ownership of campaign performance.
We provide comprehensive training, SOPs, and hands-on guidance, making this a strong opportunity for someone who wants to advance their media buying skills and grow into a more senior performance marketing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other traffic sources.




Manage Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns as the primary advertising platform.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization decisions based on data.
Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and CAC.
Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and other business metrics.
Prepare clear and actionable reports using Google Sheets, Whatagraph, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
Provide creative recommendations to improve ad performance, including hooks, angles, messaging, visuals, and user experience.
Create simple creative briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators.
Support tracking setup and quality assurance using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTMs, and conversion events.
Communicate campaign updates clearly with internal teams and clients through Slack, email, or Zoom.
