Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with a mix of on-site factory presence and some work-from-home flexibility. The Engineer and Factory Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, resource allocation,



and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines. The role involves monitoring and improving production processes, ensuring product quality, and implementing safety and compliance standards across the facility. The individual will manage factory staff, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives for audio, PA, and communication systems manufacturing. The Engineer and Factory Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership on capacity planning, equipment maintenance strategies, and cost-effective operations.
