About The Role

The Customer Support Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering high-quality support to Freyja’s global customer base. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally through various digital channels such as email, chat, and social media. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless customer experience by providing clear,



empathetic, and effective assistance. You will handle account-related questions, resolve order issues, provide product information, and troubleshoot basic technical problems related to our platform. The role involves logging and tracking support requests, escalating complex issues to relevant teams, and following up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development, logistics, and marketing, will be essential to gather customer feedback, contribute to support documentation, and help enhance overall user experience.
