Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of flights at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures, as well as providing excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers and assist them with check-in procedures
- Handle baggage and ensure it is loaded onto the correct flight
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
- Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a smooth and timely departure
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a qualified and efficient manner
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
- Collaborate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure a seamless operation
- Follow all safety and security procedures as per company and airport regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is an asset
- Must be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
