Role Overview:
We are looking for a Tender Executive (Technical) with a B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 0-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing tender submissions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Documentation: Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
- Requirement Analysis: Study tender specifications, scope of work, and eligibility criteria.
- Cost Estimation:
Work with the technical team to prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
- Coordination: Liaise with sales, engineering, and procurement teams for tender-related activities.
- Vendor Management: Collect quotations from vendors and subcontractors for cost analysis.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure tender submissions meet technical requirements and industry standards.
- Follow-ups: Track tender statuses, bid deadlines, and post-submission queries from clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain tender documentation, reports, and submission records.
Qualifications & Skills:
B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
0-2 years of experience in tendering, cost estimation, or related roles (Freshers can apply)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (preferred)
Knowledge of tender portals, government bids, and e-procurement processes is an advanta
