About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with 4-6 years of experience to lead capital improvement and commercial fit-out projects across multiple locations in India.



The ideal candidate will bring a strong civil engineering background and proven experience managing large-scale projects end-to-end, from initial site identification through opening and final handover.

This role sits within the Physical Group and requires close collaboration with architects, designers, procurement, community, sales, and facilities teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Project Manager will own the project lifecycle - from due diligence and bidding to execution, opening, and handover to Community and Facilities. The role demands strong stakeholder management, the ability to keep cross-functional teams focused, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of development.
