Role Description

This is a full time role for a Legal Case Manager. The Case Manager will be responsible for handling

case intake and assessment, coordinating with stakeholders, managing case documentation, and

ensuring effective communication throughout the dispute resolution process. They will work closely

with legal experts, clients, and other parties to provide timely and efficient case management services.

This is a full-time work-from-office role for an ODR Case Manager at Webnyay's Noida office. The

ODR Case Manager will be responsible for managing arbitrations and mediations that Webnyay handles

as an ODR Institution, facilitating communication between parties, and utilizing technology for efficient

dispute resolution.



This role allows some flexibility to work from home when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management, legal procedures, and dispute resolution

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of online dispute resolution (ODR), Arbitration law and Mediation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and lead

• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications and tools

• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is beneficial

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field

• Minimum of 1 year professional experience
