Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist the L&D; team in planning and coordinating training programs for employees, such as NHT, refresher, process, or ad hoc.
Support trainers during classroom, virtual, and field training sessions.
Prepare and maintain training-related reports, MIS, trackers, and documentation to monitor and measure the performance of trained executives.
Assist in collecting and analysing training feedback and effectiveness data and support the team in conducting training assessments, feedback surveys, and knowledge checks.
Support employee engagement activities, workshops, and L&D; initiatives and perform other L&D-related; tasks and projects as assigned.
