Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Collect bills and receipts from every team each week, both raw bills and proper tax invoices, with the product development team as the main source
Follow up with team members repeatedly until every bill for the month is in hand
Record all expenses in our spreadsheets with the correct date, amount, category, vendor and team
Track team day-to-day operational expenses across the farm, office and hotel sites
Prepare and Raise client invoices and send them out on schedule
Follow up with clients on pending payments, and keep a record of every follow-up and response
Maintain a clean, sorted file of all bills so nothing has to be hunted for later
Put together a complete monthly set of records for our CA to review
