Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for Grazia's digital, editorial, and social media platforms.
Capture fashion editorials, celebrity interviews, cover shoots, behind-the-scenes (BTS), events, and branded content.
Collaborate with the editorial, fashion, beauty, social media, and creative teams to conceptualize video ideas aligned with the brand's identity.
Create platform-first content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging digital platforms.
Handle Gimble, lighting, camera setup, audio recording, and equipment management during shoots.
Edit videos with robust storytelling, pacing, transitions, graphics, subtitles, and sound design.
Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining high production quality.
Stay updated with social media trends, video formats, and evolving visual storytelling techniques.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors whenever required.
Maintain and organize video assets and media libraries.
