Job Purpose

To support the PO Lead in execution of App and Web digital product initiatives by managing requirement documentation, stakeholder coordination, UAT execution, defect tracking, release readiness, KPI monitoring and post-live adoption tracking to ensure timely delivery of customer-centric digital journeys and business outcomes.

Duties And Responsibilities

Requirement gathering and documentation
Understand business requirements, customer journey gaps and digital platform enhancement needs from PO Lead and business stakeholders.
Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, screen-level requirements and acceptance criteria for assigned initiatives.
Maintain requirement trackers, dependency logs and version control for all assigned product changes.
Coordinate requirement walkthroughs with Technology, Design, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams.
Product delivery and execution support
Support PO Lead in delivery of assigned App and Web product features from requirement finalization to go-live.




Track project milestones, sprint progress, open dependencies, issue closures and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure scope clarity, timely clarifications and execution discipline.
Highlight risks, deviations and blockers proactively to the PO Lead for governance and escalation.
UAT, defect and release governance
Prepare UAT scenarios, test cases and validation checkpoints basis approved requirements and journey flows.
Coordinate UAT execution with business users and ensure defects are logged, prioritized and tracked to closure.
Validate fixes, maintain defect tracker and support go-live readiness sign-off documentation.
Support release notes, SOP updates, launch communication and post-deployment validation activities.
KPI monitoring and post-live tracking
Track post-live performance for assigned journeys including traffic, leads, funnel conversion, drop-offs and feature ado
