We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team of technologists building and maintaining KYC Know-Your-Customer applications for the bank The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the entire software development lifecycle This role involves designing and implementing test plans developing automated test scripts API testing developing AI based testing solutions identifying and documenting defects and working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues The Software Quality Engineer will play a critical role in upholding our commitment to delivering high-quality robust and user-friendly software solutions Key Responsibilities Test Strategy Planning Develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test strategies for new features and existing functionalities Use AI LLM models for test case creation Test Execution Perform various types of testing including functional regression integration performance and system integration testing SIT API testing Use tools to perform API testing Automation Development Design develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools and programming languages Defect Management Identify document track and prioritize software defects and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution and retesting Collaboration Collaborate effectively with product managers developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements provide feedback and ensure quality throughout the SDLC Process Improvement Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes tools and methodologies Reporting Generate transparent and concise test reports summaries and metrics to communicate test progress and product quality to stakeholders Risk Assessment Participate in risk assessment and mitigation planning for new features and releases Documentation Maintain clear and t
