Idiotic Media is a fast-growing media and content powerhouse, working with leading brands, creators, and platforms to deliver impactful storytelling and innovative campaigns. We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Manager who can act as the key bridge between clients and internal creative teams. Coordinate with creative, production, and strategy teams for timely execution
Prepare presentations, proposals, and performance reports
Upsell/cross-sell services where relevant and support business growth
Work closely with influencer managers, creators, and talent teams for onboarding, negotiations, and execution
Oversee multiple accounts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables




Guide and mentor junior client servicing executives and account managers

3–6 years of experience in client servicing / account management (media, advertising, digital agency preferred)
~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
~ Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
~ Good understanding of digital content, branded campaigns, and media workflows
